I’m glad you found me.

I am a licensed Master level Social Worker, (LMSW), and have 18 years of master level experience. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a passion for aiding individuals, particularly women. My professional journey began as a social worker for an outpatient mental health unit, where I saw various ways stress and trauma can impact our brain chemistry.

This experience provided me with a deeper understanding of how anxiety and depression manifest uniquely in each individual.

Eventually, I made a transition to outpatient therapy, honing in on women's issues with a particular emphasis on postpartum mental health. I dedicated myself to acquiring specialized training in Perinatal Mood Disorders (PMD). My passion lies in providing counseling to both new and experienced mothers, as well as offering support and guidance to women in various stages of life.

Sometimes the people around you won’t understand your journey. They don’t need to, it’s not for them.
