Hi, I’m Jessica,

I’m not your average, listen-and-nod-my-head-for an-hour therapist. Work with me and you will find someone who takes an active role in helping you feel better. Together, we will explore new coping strategies, process difficult emotions, strengthen your relationships, and heal the parts of you striving for peace. Finding joy again may not be easy, but it is achievable.

Anxiety & Depression

I possess extensive experience in assisting clients coping with anxiety and depression. I have established a safe environment to address trauma, intrusive thoughts, and identify triggers. I will educate clients on methods of stress management strategies and impart various calming techniques.

Grief & Loss

I provide a dedicated space to process emotions related to loss. Together, we explore ways in managing the intense sadness that grief often brings. In my therapeutic approach, I give space to talk about the journey of grief and we explore meaningful avenues to facilitate healing.

Perinatal Mood Disorders (PMD) Postpartum therapy

I specialize in PMD, focusing on assisting new mothers as they navigate the life transition of becoming a parent. I guide them through processing the many changes, stressors, and emotions that accompany this transformative new role. Additionally, I offer educational sessions to the mother’s partner, providing insights into PMD. During these family sessions, we identify effective ways for the partner to offer support.
